Death Sentence for killing 19 disabled people in Japan

(CNN) A person who killed 19 people at a facility for disabled people. Nine men and 10 women, ranging in age from 18 to 70, were killed, and 26 people were injured, when Satoshi Uematsu went on a stabbing spree at the care home in 2016.

He had shown the signs of the crime earlier when he wrote a letter that he had the ability to kill 470 disabled people. But no body believed that he will do it in reality.

After entering in the office he tied up two members of staff, and then went from wing to wing, floor by floor, killing patients, officials said at the time.

After committing the crime he surrender to the police.
