After Paytm, now the problem of BharatPe has increased! Government issued notice

New Delhi, 08 February. Big news has come to light amid the controversy over online payment and banking app Paytm. The news is that Bharat Pay has also received a new notice. This notice has been issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to online payment app and fintech company BharatPe. The Corporate Ministry has issued a notice to BharatPe asking what is the evidence related to the criminal and civil cases filed in the court against Ashneer Grover. On the notice,

BharatPe has replied that the Ministry has issued a notice to the company asking for more information in the Ashneer case. The government had started a review of the case in 2022 and has sought additional information while taking this inquiry forward. The company said that we will try to help the investigating agencies in every possible way. The fintech company came into controversy in the year 2022 when the company's founder Ashneer Grover used objectionable language against a Kotak Group employee and threatened him.
