China and India are negotiating to decrease the temperature

The Spokesperson of China Foreign Ministry, Zhao Lijian told the media person in a regular press briefing that both India and China are closely negotiating to bring down the temperature in the Galwan valley where the forces of both the countries are facing each other.

He further added that it is the responsibility of both parties to further avoid any such acts which may escalate tension in the valley.

He was commenting on the surprise visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the forward Army posts in Laddakh.
