During the course of an investigation, it was found that a girl riding a scooty was trapped in the wheels of the car and was being dragged for a long distance by the speeding car. Police have arrested five accused in the car, who has been identified as Deepak Khanna, Amit Khanna, Krishan, Mithu, and Manoj Mittal. The matter is being investigated.
