BJP leader beaten to death with sticks in UP's Kannauj

Eyewitness says that due to this enmity, today the present headman along with 20 to 25 of his supporters attacked the village school.

In UP's Kannauj, there is an allegation that the former Pradhan was beaten to death with sticks. The matter of murder due to electoral enmity has come to the fore. As soon as the information about the murder was received, Chibramau MLA Archana Pandey reached the district hospital and she has spoken of strict action against the killers.

Arun Shakya, former head of Naruiya village under Talagram police station area of Kannauj, is in charge of the current head. Has been removed from the post due to some matter with the present Pradhan. Eyewitness says that due to this enmity, today the present headman along with 20 to 25 of his supporters attacked the village school.

The seriously injured former chief Arun Shakya was referred from Talgram to the district hospital, where he was declared brought dead. Chhibramau MLA Archana Pandey also reached the district hospital as soon as she got information about the murder. The MLA says that strict action will be taken against the killers. The deceased ex-president is said to be an active member of the BJP.
