Pretense of 'job' to spend time with NRI women: Boys-talking in the voice of girls, cheated crores from 4,000 people

A cheating racket is going on in Rajasthan in the name of getting Playboy jobs. From Jaipur to every small and big city of Rajasthan, the job of Playboy is being offered for rich houses and NRI women on hefty salary. For this, publicity is being done by posting posters on social media and public places. Hundreds of youths are falling prey to this new type of online fraud every day. They are not even coming forward for fear of defamation.

This was revealed when on 8 February 2023, the Cybercrime Police of Delhi arrested two people from Jaipur. Delhi Police said- Both the accused used to take out online ads of 'Playboy job'. Through this, 4000 youths have been cheated of 3 crores in the name of registration. The youths were being implicated by talking in the voice of a girl. Transactions of more than Rs 2 crore were found in different bank accounts of the accused. About 85 lakh rupees of fraud were deposited in their accounts. Both the accused used to do menial jobs of room boys and receptionists in hotels till sometime back.
