The National Institutional Ranking Framework 2023 has been released yesterday. Like previous years, Many top institutions have maintained their ranking. IIT Madras has retained its top position in overall category. Most of the top institutions are technical institutions, only Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) was able to get 10th position as non technical university.


The NIRF ranking is based on several parameters. The performance of the universities are analysed on these given parameters. Overall , 21 parameters have been used this time for ranking of the institutions.
