Eklavya Model Residential Schools Programe for tribal will get 1313.23 crores

The Modi Government has announced Rs. 1313.23 crore fro Eklavya Model Residential Schools Programe. The allocation for the same programe increased from a meager 0.31 crore to 1313.23 crore, showing Government intention to bring positive changes in the Tribal Education System.

The money will be utilized for establishing residential schools in all tribal dominated districts of India. The Government has increased the pre-matric and post matric scholarship for tribal students by 17.7 percent.

If these schemes are honestly implemented by the officials in various states of India, the tribals will definitely get the benefit of the programmes.
