Job description:

Must have strong expertise in Performance testing, QA, Agile Methodology, CICD, Web based applicationsTechnical Competencies: JMeter (Mandatory), Load Runner, Dynatrace, JIRA, SQL, CloudTest experience is plusSkills and Ability: 5+ years of IT experience 5+ years of experience in testing web based applications Strong leadership and mentoring qualities Responsible for developing and executing formal Performance test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. Involve in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation, Performance test execution and analysis of Performance test results. Collect and analyze data for software process evaluation and improvements and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business. Documents all problems and assists in their resolution. Deliver quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners. Perform quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed. Experience in application performance monitoring to Analyze Performance of applications. Involve in creating Dash boards to monitor Web Servers, Application servers.

To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents

Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls

Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer

To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities.

To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards
