India Sends All-Party Delegations to Reaffirm Anti-Terror Stand

India continues its global campaign against Pakistan-sponsored terrorism, with all-party parliamentary delegations engaged in diplomatic outreach to key countries, reaffirming the nation's policy of zero tolerance towards terrorism.

The Group-1 delegation, led by BJP MP Baijayant Panda and comprising members from the BJP, AIMIM, and other parties, along with former diplomats including Harsh Vardhan Shringla, is en route to Bahrain. Prior to departure, Baijayant Panda stated that it is high time for the world to remain focused on the threat of terrorism.

Group-5, led by Congress MP Shashi Tharoor and including members from the BJP, Telugu Desam Party, and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, is visiting Guyana. The delegation will transit through New York and visit the 9/11 Memorial before reaching its first official destination. Before departure, Shashi Tharoor stated that the delegation will highlight India’s stance on terrorism and share how India has suffered over the years due to terrorist activities.

Group-6, led by DMK MP Kanimozhi Karunanidhi, met leaders, thinkers, and lawmakers in Russia, conveying India’s unified message against terrorism.

India reiterates its global stand against terrorism, with parliamentary groups underscoring a united voice across party lines. Global delegations are expected to echo India’s message of unity and commitment to combating terrorism in all its forms.
