Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted a video and paid tribute to him. Sharing the video, the PM wrote, "Hundreds of salutes to Atal ji on his birth anniversary. His contribution to India is immeasurable. His leadership and vision inspire millions." In this shared video, PM Modi paid tribute to Atal ji in his voice.

On the occasion of the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister of India, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached his tomb on Sunday morning. Here the PM paid tribute to Atalji, who laid the foundation of the BJP. During this, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh were also present with him.
