Vice President C P Radhakrishnan pays tributes to former Uttarakhand CM B C Khanduri in Dehradun

Vice President C P Radhakrishnan today paid tributes to former Union Minister and former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Major General B. C. Khanduri, at his residence in Dehradun.
