The new security laws have been imposed on the people of Hong Kong, which they fear, China will use for curbing anti-China protest and arrest those supporting the democratic movement.

Meanwhile, Taiwan has opened an office to help those who are fleeing from Hong Kong to other destinations. If sources to believe the UK government has also agreed to give citizenship to those who have valid British Passport and leaving Hong Kong.

Taiwan opened the office in downtown Taipei on the sensitive anniversary of the return of Hong Kong, a former British colony, to Chinese rule in 1997.

Taiwan supports the democratic movement in Hong Kong as people in Taiwan hate China for its continuous threat to the sovereignty of Taiwan. China went on saying that they will use force to take control of Taiwan mainland.
