New Delhi: Counting is going on for the assembly elections 2023 in the three northeastern states of Tripura, Meghalaya, and Nagaland in February. According to the Election Commission, BJP has won 18 seats in Tripura. While it is leading on 15 seats. At the same time, CPI (M) has won 2 seats. While running ahead on 9. Congress is ahead on 3 seats. While Tipra Motha party has won 8 seats. Moving forward on four.

Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha has won the election from the Town Bardowali seat. This time BJP has contested elections in Tripura on the face of Manik Saha.

In Meghalaya, Conrad Sangma has won the South Tura (ST) seat in West Garo Hills and Neiphiu Rio has won the Northern Angami II (ST) seat in Kohima in Nagaland.
