In fact, Akhilesh on Saturday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of making false claims about the longest river cruise 'MV Ganga Vilas' flagged off, adding that he has come to know that such service has been running for 17 years.

Significantly, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday flagged off the world's longest river cruise 'MV Ganga Vilas' from Varanasi.

River running vessel 'MV Ganga Vilas' left on its maiden voyage. It will travel about 3,200 kilometers in its journey of 51 days. During this, it will cross 27 river systems in India and Bangladesh and reach Dibrugarh in Assam via Bangladesh. According to an official statement, this cruise has three decks with all luxury facilities, 18 suites with a capacity of 36 tourists. On the first trip of this cruise, 32 tourists from Switzerland have left.
