Delhi shooting incident results in 1 fatality and another injury

Friday's shooting incident in Raju Park in Delhi's Neb Sarai neighbourhood resulted in the death of one person and the injury of another.

At 8 o'clock on Friday night, Delhi Police received a PCR report of a shooting incident in Devli, close to Raju Park and the Ankit Dairy in Neb Sarai. When the cops arrived, they discovered two injured victims. They were both transported to the AIIMS medical facility.

According to the police, one of them, Kapil Panwar from Devli, was shot many times in the upper body and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

Another individual lives in Sangam Vihar; his name is Pramod, and he is 24 years old. He received three gunshot wounds to the right leg. The cops also recorded his statement. Pramod claimed that he and Kapil were seated in the deceased's automobile. A somebody suddenly appeared and started shooting at Kapil, wounding both of them.

The Delhi Police filed a FIR at the Neb Sarai Police Station based on Pramod's testimony. Sections 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Sections 25, 27, 54, and 59 of the Arms Act were used to register the case. To confirm the suspects and the rivals of the dead, the police also enlisted the assistance of other investigating teams. Several persons have been questioned abou this case.
