LUCKNOW: Time sought from CM to launch satellite center


Balrampur. People's representatives of the district held talks with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow on Wednesday. He was invited to inaugurate the completed KGMU Satellite Center at Balrampur. Along with the development works, local issues were discussed and the public representatives were entrusted with the responsibility regarding the Investors Summit.

Sadar MLA Palturam said that time has been sought from the Chief Minister for the launch of the satellite center. Raised the demand to complete the construction of the bridge on the Balrampur-Gonda rail route. A demand was also made to approve the plan sent for flood prevention.

Tulsipur MLA Kailash Nath Shukla, MP Gonda Kirtivardhan Singh, and Utraula MLA Ram Pratap Verma told that they discussed local problems with the Chief Minister. Raised demands for redressal of other problems including the construction of a bus depot in Utraula, the name of old tehsil land as Government Girls Inter College, and effective work to stop the erosion of Rapti river.

These issues also came up in the talks

To increase the number of wards in District Women's Hospital. Discussion was held on deployment of other specialist doctors including heart disease and neuro disease along with anesthesiologist in the joint hospital. Issues of electrification of incomplete shrines in Balrampur Sadar, sewer line under construction in the city, checking the quality of construction of polytechnic, starting operation of ITI constructed in Sridattaganj, arranging training for students in DIET were also raised.
