Position: Consultant-CSR and Nutrition

Location: Ahmedabad/Delhi

Annual CTC: INR 7.20-9.00L (depending on the experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

• To advocate for I4N platform with businesses and CSR foundations
• To build extensive database and network of CSR leaders to prepare base for the outreach
• To reach out to CSR heads, pitch for I4N support to business for CSR projects on nutrition and workplace nutrition
• Create new ideas for CSR collaboration with companies on nutrition
• Curating concepts and project ideas on nutri-sensitive CSR projects and pitching those to companies
• To handhold companies for project design and implementation support
• To work with I4N Secretariat for building knowledge resources and future strategy and action plan
• Work with top management and vertical heads to align with organization's requirements and growth plan
• Share the insights effectively in team and client meetings and translate the insights into recommendations and plans
• Participate in building, structuring and developing knowledge internally at the organization level

Qualification & Experience

• Post-Graduate in areas related to healthcare, nutrition or allied
• Deep understanding of India's CSR and social sector ecosystem
• At least 2 years of professional experience in nutrition and healthcare sector or social sector project with NGOs/CSR or any technical agency
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Professional experience in writing and publishing technical reports, documentation
