Prime Minister pays tributes to former PM Chaudhary Charan Singh ji on his birth anniversary

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has paid tributes to the former Prime Minister, Bharat Ratna Chaudhary Charan Singh ji on his birthday anniversary today. "He dedicated his life to the welfare of the deprived sections of society as well as to the progress of agriculture and the prosperity of farmers. A grateful nation can never forget his contributions to nation-building", Shri Modi said.

"पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री भारत रत्न चौधरी चरण सिंह जी को उनकी जयंती पर आदरपूर्ण श्रद्धांजलि। उन्होंने समाज के वंचित वर्गों के कल्याण के साथ-साथ कृषि की प्रगति और किसानों की समृद्धि के लिए अपना जीवन समर्पित कर दिया। राष्ट्र निर्माण में उनके योगदान को कृतज्ञ राष्ट्र कभी भुला नहीं सकता।"
