LU: One day workshop organized byMinistry of Human Resource Development realizing Manav Seva hi Paramo Dharma

A workshop was organized by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India and Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education on July 2, 2021, co-operatively with Education department, Lucknow University. Ms. Neha Dagar from Covid Helper Group came forward to take the initiative jointly with Professor Tripta Trivedi, Head of the Department of Education and Dr. Arpana Godbole, coordinator of the program to organise the one-day workshop. The purpose of this one-day workshop was to raise the awareness about importance of being emotionally connected at the time of Covid 19 in order to provide helping hands, apart from sympathy, to the people suffering in rural environment as well as in urban life.

By joining this campaign of prevention from Corona by the Government of India, all the teachers and students were motivated to raise helping hands in order to arrange beds, ventilators, ICU, blood and plasma donation by joining Corona Helper Group. Through this workshop people associated with various social service organizations and personally working in social service were urged to go ahead and provide their services by realizing Manav Seva hi Paramo Dharma'.Teachers, Research scholars and students from various institutions participated enthusiastically in the workshop.
