The Central University of Rajasthan (CURAJ) has been established by an Act of Parliament (Act No. 25 of 2009) and is fully funded by the Government of India through UGC. The President of India, Her Excellency Smt. Droupadi Murmu, is the Visitor of this University. Prof. Anand Bhalerao is the Vice Chancellor of the University. Recently, the University has been accredited with NAAC A++ Grade with 3.54 CGPA.
The University is currently offering 75+ (UG, Integrated, Masters and PhD) programmes in its 35 departments. The University operates from its permanent campus spread over approx. 518 acres of Land, at N.H.08, Bandarsindri, Kishangarh-305817, District Ajmer (Rajasthan) India. University has adequate hostels & housing facility for its students and staff.
