Prime Minister shares Sanskrit Subhashitam emphasizing on harmony and mutual understanding

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam highlighting the timeless wisdom of harmony, mutual understanding and affection:

"सहृदयं सांमनस्यमविद्वेषं कृणोमि वः।

अन्यो अन्यमभि हर्यत वत्सं जातमिवाघ्न्या॥"

It calls upon people to cultivate a common heart and a shared mind, free from hatred, and to care for and cherish one another with the same affection and tenderness with which a cow nurtures her newborn calf.
