With the announcements of provisions in U.P.'s first paperless budget like free education of poor students studying in Sanskrit schools under Gurukul system and opening of state universities in each division reflects a clear vision of a developed Uttar Pradesh.

Various announcements in the Uttar Pradesh budget related to structural reforms and construction of new structures in various sectors including manufacturing, health, education, cultural and tourism development, youth welfare and transport, etc. seem to be in line with the aspirations of Uttar Pradesh in post-corona situation. The provisions in the budget for the development of farmers, youth, women, rural, backward classes, scheduled castes and tribes etc. are praiseworthy.

Announcements for effective implementation of National Education Policy in Uttar Pradesh Budget, Establishment of National Law University in Prayagraj, decision to open new medical colleges in Balrampur and Amethi, Decision of 20 new Krishi Vigyan Kendras in agricultural education, tablet to students eligible for Abhyudaya Scheme , Establishment of Model Career Centre for Youth in 12 Districts of State, Establishment of Sports University in Meerut, Promotion of Social Forestry Program for Environment, Uttar Pradesh Gaurav Samman's declaration are very important for comprehensive reform and change in various fields including education. Also, the announcement of Rs 1,430 crore is important for scholarship scheme of scheduled caste, pre-scheduled and post-ten and general category.

ABVP's National Secretary Rahul Chaudhary while sharing his views on the budget stated that, "This budget of Uttar Pradesh will help in the upliftment of the youth.With initiatives like establishment of National Law University in Prayagraj will help the students and they will get new dimensions in law studies. This all-inclusive budget including the promotion of innovations in education, encouragement to manufactures,Will be a strong medium to make Uttar Pradesh self-reliant".

Welcoming Uttar Pradesh budget,ABVP Awadh's State Secretary Ankit Shukla said, "The way common people had expectations from the government in the current times are seen to be completely fulfilled in the budget presented. Health has been given utmost priority by introducing various reforms in the health sector, various aspects regarding education have also been considered, Announcements for infrastructure development will create new jobs, demands and requirements of all the sectors of the society has been taken care of very well in this promising budget, which is highly appreciable".
