Anupgarh, Balotra, Beawar, Deeg, Didwana-Kuchaman City, Dudu, Gangapur City, Jaipur North, Jaipur South, Jodhpur East, Jodhpur West, Kekri, Kotputli, Khairthal, Neemkathana, Phalodi, Salumbar, Sanchore, Shahpura are among the new districts (Bhilwara).

Banswara, Pali, and Sikar have been designated as new divisions, bringing the total number of divisions in the state to ten.

During today's budget session in the Rajasthan Assembly, Ashok Gehlot announced the formation of new districts and divisions.

"We received requests to create some new districts in the state. We formed a high-level committee to look into these proposals, and we just got the final report "Before announcing the formation of new districts in the state, he said in the Assembly.
