Leadership needs to be redefined in order to adapt and succeed in the present dynamic environment. Corporations are demanding leadership styles that can fast adapt, innovate and steer the implementation of new business models, adopt new ways of working in face of new market realities.
The complexity and volatility present in today's environment require intense research in the area of leadership, so that new principles of leadership emerge to develop and prepare leaders for this new reality.
It is in this context that Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur is organizing the Tenth International Conference in the Series YOUTH 2025 on "NETRITVA 4.0 : Leadership in the Era of Connection and Collaboration" with the support of the Association of Management Development Institute in South Asia (AMDISA) during February 16-18, 2023 at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur Campus.
The date for submission of abstracts is extended to 15 November 2022.
