X

ED has called Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for questioning today i.e. on 2 February in the Delhi liquor scam case. According to the information, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will not appear before the ED even today. This summons is not legally correct. He said that Arvind Kejriwal will face only legal summons. Aam Aadmi Party said that the aim of the Central Government is only to arrest Kejriwal. The central government wants to topple the Delhi government by arresting Kejriwal and we will definitely not let this happen.

Actually , ED i.e. Enforcement Directorate had issued a new and fifth summons to Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday. Earlier in the last four months, he had avoided four summons by the federal agency. Arvind Kejriwal has avoided the summons issued to him to appear before the ED on November 2, December 21 last year and January 3 and January 18 this year. Aam Aadmi Party has said that its legal team is studying the summons issued to Kejriwal in connection with the excise policy related to the money laundering case. Meanwhile, Arvind Kejriwal, along with Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, is going to take part in the protest outside the BJP headquarters on Friday in protest against the alleged rigging in the Chandigarh Mayor elections.
