Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a mega roadshow in Ranchi, Jharkhand, on Sunday, ahead of the assembly elections in the state.

Several senior BJP leaders will also participate in the roadshow in Ranchi.

Last week, PM Modi addressed rallies on November 5, a day after Home Minister Amit Shah released the BJP's manifesto for the Jharkhand assembly polls.

Jharkhand will vote in two phases, with 43 constituencies going to the polls on November 13 and 38 constituencies on November 20. The votes for both assembly elections will be counted on November 23.

In the 2019 assembly elections, the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) won 30 seats, the BJP took 25, and Congress secured 16. In 2014, the BJP had won 37 seats, JMM won 19, and Congress managed only 6 seats.
