Virat and Surya k Yadav scored magnificent fifties to take India on 179/2

Indian Captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and elected to bat first. His decision to bat did not prove fruitful initially as India lost its opener, Rahul, very early and Both Virat and Rohit were struggling to score.

Rohit soon find his touch and started hitting boundaries. With Virat and Rohit at the crease, India was going well. Soon Rohit got out after finishing his fifty.

Surya Kumar and Virat Kohli batted well and kept the pace going. They hit many sixes and fours to pose a respectable total of 179/2 in twenty overs.

Now it is up to the bowlers to defend this total to win this match against the Netherlands.
