Vice-President Highlights Uttarakhand’s Strategic, Spiritual and Developmental Significance

The Vice-President of India, Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan, today inaugurated the Jagran Forum in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, organised to commemorate the completion of 25 years of the formation of the State.
