Supreme Court reversed its decision on Parliamentary Privileges in the cases of corruption.

In a very important Judgment Supreme Court of India dismissed the plea that pleaded for upholding the parliamentary privileges in the cases of corruption. In its Landmark Judgment Supreme Court said that corruption can not be basic right and it should not be included in the parliamentary priviliges.
